Stand Up Paddling is a great workout for developing core strength and cardiovascular conditioning, as well as, a unique and peaceful way to experience Buffalo’s Waterways. The PADDLEFIT BASIC: INTRO SUP LESSON runs 1-Hour and focuses on introducing you to the sport of Stand Up Paddling (SUPing) in a fun and safe manner. I’ll teach you the fundamentals of paddling and proper safety to provide you with a foundation for your future paddling endeavors. Here is your chance to join the PaddleFit Community and get involved in its training program. PADDLEFIT SUP FITNESS runs 1-Hour. Some days classes may combine both Dry-Land Strength Training and Water-Based Conditioning, and other days it may be all on the water! You will enjoy many benefits of our training including: muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and focus! My Dry-Land Strength Program uses mostly body weight exercises to provide a fun and challenging workout for all skill levels with the occasional surprise Medicine Balls, Ropes, Suspension Trainers, and Resistance Bands to mix things up! ADVANCED SUP/RACE TRAINING

Are you interested in competing in your first SUP Race? Or maybe you’re just looking for a new hobby that will push your limits. ADVANCE SUP/RACE TRAINING runs 1-2 Hours and focuses on perfecting your Paddling Technique and Maneuverability, and includes a challenging Conditioning Program consisting of either Sprints, Intervals, or Long Distance Paddles.
