My Strength & Conditioning Classes are designed for you to learn how to create tension, maximize your strength, and generate power while having a great time! Classes are programmed for both men and women with basic kettlebell and barbell experience, but ALL abilities and experience levels are welcome! I use the kettlebell as the foundation of strength development and progress into the barbell and Olympic Lifts from there. All individuals interested in joining NEED TO BE COMPETENT IN THE FOLLOWING SKILLS: Goblet Squat, Swing, and Turkish Get-Up. This allows me to focus on teaching the intricacies of strength training. In my class YOU WILL LEARN: Deadlift, Front Squat, Clean & Jerk, and Snatch progressions.
